For those who may of missed it

Ubuntu has today released a new version. Please rise for Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx)

This is by and far the best Ubuntu Release to date I have no idea how they have done but you know looking at it that it has been a lot of blood sweat and tears.

To that end I want to thank the developers not only of Ubuntu but Gnome, Kde, Debian and all who have made this release possible.

This is the desktop we have all been waiting for now go and use it, see you on the purpler side of life.

Tick Tock, Tick Tock, go the hands on the clock

It's the time of year when the release is close
Nothing is stirring not even a mouse
But along comes a loud mouth... oh wait that is me
To remind everybody, "UBUNTU IS FREE!"

There are many things you can do
With a great OS, like Ubuntu
The lynx is the best, it's better by far
So okay it can't make you coffee or drive your car.
